South Florida - New Investor

Hey guys,

I've been browsing through and reading countless posts here for a couple of weeks now, and just recently registered. My partner and I are looking into investing seriously and have already taken a few steps towards generating a buyers list. We also have access to MLS for Dade/Broward, so if anyone needs help, shoot me an email and I will help you out! We also have access to Dade/Broward Foreclosure listings updated daily, so let me know if I can help there too. We are looking for any help/leads/"mentoring", and of course will pay for the services provided.

I look forward to learning from everyone here. This seems like a very unique forum in the fact that everyone seems to help everyone, and I'm all for that. I hope to one day help others with questions as well.
