1. 1003 Form
2. W2's
3. Starr Report-P/l
4. Tri-merge Report
5. Appraisal
6. Executed PA
7. Business name and Tax id/Address and financial info if applicable
8.Pictures of the property/project
9. Rent Rolls if applicable
10. Email/phone/fax number of client
We average about 3-7 days on Hard money and 7-10 days after all docs have been received for conventional funding.
We provide, Construction, Bridge, Mezzanine,Conduit funding as well for investors and most will provide a LOI in 2-48 hours.
