What format is it in? Is is zipped? What happens when you try and open it.

When Bernie sends the files, what extension are they?
File type?
In other words, when you download, they are named something like.
FREEebook.doc or freeebook.pdf, something like that.
If its a pdf, then you just need to download adobe reader, its free, at adobe.com

It is a .pdf file. If he has any pop up blockers on sometimes pop up blockers see .pdf files as pop ups. My employer's website is the same thing, if pop up blockers are on the file won't open.

Nah, popup blockers will not block the use of the use of a PDF file. He just needs to save it to his harddrive first then open it up.

Just be careful. .pdf files are the current spam and virus delivery method. I am getting at least 10 per day with .pdf attached any one of which will install da spyware.

I scanned the file long ago, no spyware or viruses attached.

Believe me a .pdf file will not open if you have a pop up blocker that blocks most windows from opening.

I get an average of a dozen calls a week from the general public about our document images not opening. As soon as I tell them to turn off their pop up blockers, presto, magico, the document image, in .pdf opens!

If it is, I hadn't had any problem. Now, I'm curious what is causing the problem...

try switching browsers
Instead of IE use Firefox-or visa versa

Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and also the latest plug-in version of reader. Perhaps you have a previous reader that is not compatible with the version of the PDF document you are trying to open.

We made sure that no one will have access to JohnMichael's products, plus he took them with him anyway.

JohnMichael has been banned since 2007 or 2008 due to criminal investigations related to real estate.
