Hello All-
I specialize in Lease Purchasing residential properties. I have been blessed to be working with a couple of senior investors who I get multiple properties from through the year. I have an opportunity to try my hand at a small commercial office about 1,500 to 1,700 square feet. I have been asked if I can do a Lease/Purchase with this commercial property like I do with residential properties.
I do realize that commercial property investing is a little more involved as compared to residential, but I sure would like to give this a try, if for nothing more than a learning experience.
I need to find a resource to obtain "Commercial Lease with the Option to Purchase Agreement" that will also protect me in the deal. I can go to an attorney, but would rather not, so I can move more quickly to secure this deal after my due diligence.
Any help would be much appreciated.
