Can you tell us what security house sells these notes pass through? Are they performing or non-performing notes?

Just exactly what is a "platform"? For a buyer to purchase notes, is there anything else they require or just some money?

And then let's review your numbers, did you say 100 Billion?

What discounts are available on your pools, what is the usually the geographical influence on those discounts? What asset types do you see mostly? What is the average price of the pools you have sold? How long does the average transaction take for you to CLOSE?

Please feel free to answer those questions publicly as my questions are for the public not just my knowledge. Thanks.

I would assume by your response contact with that poster did not result in any beneficial relationship or discussion which provided an end resolve.

I started a thread for questions and answers under the Family Forums>Foreclosure & Tax Lien Investing> Truth About Bulk REO Pools

Please feel free to join and seek information if that is something of interest to you.
