This is for anyone just getting started in this business. We have been buying and selling houses in the Anchorage and Mat valley area of Alaska for about 11 years. We are willing to become 50/50 partners with anyone who can find a GOOD deal. We will provide the financing and guidence and will split the profits when it's all done. There are a lot of different approaches to this game and we have a few that the "gurus dont do.

Re the FLORIDA GUYS: I guess you can add one more to the club. My wife and I spend the winter in Boca Raton. I don't like it in Florida but marriage is a compromise and I love my wife so here we are.

I'll see you in Florida Skip, but we are 4 hours apart so the deals aren't going to be free flowing on my end with you down there. We can just exchange ideas, programs, contracts and other materials of the trade while enjoying each others digs at opposite ends of the state! We will be in Inverness, an hour and fifteen minutes north of Tampa!

Does your wife like to ride horses?
I'm going to shoot Ryan this thread, he will be interested in your generous offer! Thanks for coming off the bleachers Skip! Dan

Thanks Lisa and Dan, but I beat you to the punch! Skip and I have been corresponding via email for a couple of days now! :) We hooked up via the Anchorage Real Estate Investor's Club group site on Yahoo. Needless to say I am REALLY excited!

I still feel responsible for the marriage so you two be sure and treat each other fairly with dignity, respect, honesty and fairness and you should have a fruitful union there! :SM075:

We the members of the jury here will want to know the facts if you ever decide to file for divorce! :SM090:

Hi,
I would love to start investing again (lost first ones due to B.M.), but have not able to regain good enough financial level, so "partnering up" might be a good answer.
I like finding things, because I am a commercial real estate & loan agent (fairly new), doing business in all states.
What properties should I be looking for?
And where? And how much?

Please let me know.

Joyce

P.S. This is for myself, by the way.
