Hi everyone,
I just got one quick question and the say this is the forum to ask the most dumb questions. Can anyone tell me the best way on how and where would I find Pre-forclosure properties without spending lot of money? I dont make a lot of money so I figured that I could help distressed owners find buyers as one of my ways to gain some capital in my R.E. adventures.
Thank you
Mylon

Hello again Mylon, I'll let others chime in here my friend, but I wanted to give you a little help in finding relative posts to questions that you may find yourself asking right out of the gate.
Many times these same questions have been asked previously and by doing a quick check you can easily find out what months of information gathering on a subject has been collected here if you only knew where to get it all.
Start using the SEARCH feature in the blue nav bar above, in this case you would click the word search so the drop-down menu appears and then type in "Foreclosure" now hit search and BINGO up comes data and previous links at your service. Get used to using this feature as it will help you immensely over time!
Now for your direct answer here: See I have to go take my wife to dinner so I am counting on that search feature and others to help you out. I try to be here as much as possible but momma and the kids need me too!

Hi Mylon,
First DO NOT PAY FOR A LIST !
There are several ways.. First I am going to give you a short list then some links to look up. Sound good, ? Let's go then.
1. Get the legal newspaper from your local book store ( these are advertised but then everyother investor has them also)
2. Go to the court house and look up NODS ( notices of default) Lis Pends
