I gotta do this! I've read this book twice already and I truly believe this book is worth mentioning....

I knew this guy named Dan from www.mrlandlord.com at the Q & A forum for quite awhile. I have always respected Dan based on his postings. He struck me as a humble man and well-respected man. Whenever I visited the Q & A forum once a week, Dan is one of the few who I like to read.

When I learned that Dan had written a book called "Stupid Mistakes Of A Self Made Millionaire Landlord", I knew I had to buy his book. While the owner of www.mrlandlord.com took his time to work out getting out an advertisement on Dan's book, I didn't bother to wait. I went to Dan's site, bought and read his book. I knew it was worth mentioning Dan and his book on the Magic Bullets Newsletter.

My thoughts on his book? Well, I just read it again. I truly liked his book. It is not just for landlord but for investors as well. Dan made me do several things. He made me:
1) smile and chuckle at times
2) learned more than I originally thought I'd learn from Dan as a landlord and as an investor
3) think "Uh-Oh!" on various subjects that I hadn't thought of before
4) learn to think big when it comes to purchasing buildings
5) learn NOT to revise residential agreement when should be using commercial agreement

Two additional things I must say about Dan's book. One is that it is such an easy read with 194 pages. Two is that his book felt like Dan was sitting next to me, telling me his stupid mistakes.

Oh! And, one more thing---I CAN NOT WAIT to read his next book. *Hopefully, this hint will push him to write his next book faster!*

Interested in reading Dan's book? You can find it at http://www.stupidmistakesbook.com/ . I think 10% discount offer still stand for Magic Bullets members. If not, feel free to send Dan an pm (he is a member of our MB fambly) and request for the discount.

BTW, Dan doesn't know about this thread so hopefully, he won't mind it.....

P.S. - Note to Dan---feel free to use any or all of my statements for your book or promotion. No permission needed.

Deb, what are the odds you can get Dan to answer up here on our forums? I'm sure many would like to engage him.

Have no fear. He's already a member here after I did an article about Dan on the MB newsletter. His handle name is "Dan". Methinks he'll notice this thread tomorrow....I just hope I didn't embarrassed him :poc:

BTW, Dan---you'll remember him as Dan(MA) at Taylor's site.

Deb, you are too kind.

Yes, the discount still stands. MagicBullets members can just enter the coupon magic10 at checkout for 10% off.

Dan, I'm still learning my way around this website, but I'll post and respond to posts as often as I can.

Yes I am almost through reading Dans book and I will be sad when I'm done because I have thoroughly enjoyed reading his book. I felt exactly as Debbie said. Wow could all of us have stories to tell sitting around a camp fire. It almost makes me want to go on the Cruise to I can visit with him and David from Florida. I really need a vacation.

The sad thing about it is that one cannot advertise on the other site publicly. I know it's not good to tote our own stuff, but nobody knows that things exist because there are just too many books and products listed on the other site that you're just lucky if you happen to find it. So we have to rely on each other to tell others that something exists if we feel it is good. I plan to do that about Dan's book whenever I can.

I will also advertise it on my web site as soon as I get a chance.

Thank you Dan Auito for allowing us to post about our accomplishments, and not minding.

Good Job Dan Arnold.

Dan have you considered converting it to E-Book format for instant downloads? Thanks for being here Dan!

I thought the same thing when I first ordered your book, Dan. I didn't say anything because I assumed that you needed to finish your paperback books first before converting to e-books.
