Hi everyone,
My husband and I recently relocated to Tarrytown from Houston, TX. Talk abt a huge sticker shock on everything!! We are looking to buy a SFR within the next 6 months...However, we are completely confused as to where we shld start looking for some affordable houses(if there any any!)...We want to avoid living in a condo and would prefer a SFR in a nice neighborhood which may need some TLC but nothing that would burn a huge hole in our pocket ( < $480,000)...any suggestions/advice or dont's? Also, is there any website that will give us info abt the taxes for the villages/towns of westchester?
