Looking for a good Mortgage Co.

I am looking for a mortgage company that will best fit my needs.I have some qualifying questions that may help me find the best ones. If anyone knows a good source please HELP.

Qualifying questions for Mortgage companies

1. Do you have any creative financing for investors?
2. " " " " Private investors?
3. " " " " no document loans?
4. " " " " Stated income loans?
5. Will you allow the owner to carry a second mortgage as my downpayment?
6. " " " " " " pay all buyer closing costs?
7 Will you lend money based on the appraised value and not the sale price?
8. If I buy a property for 50k and its appraised at 100k and I buy and close on it will you give me an equity loan, refinance or line fo credit on the same day?
9. Will you qualify the property and not the buyer?
10. Do you have any sources for my downpayment?

If anyone know of any mortgage co. that fits the questions stated above please help with the lead or leads.

Your question should not be about a mortgage company it should be do you know a great Loan broker that fits your needs

you need a loan broker that specializes in investment loans and does over 25 + a month and has over 10 year experience

In addition does investing them self
