*If you are interested in a commercial loan, 10% down :thumbup: with good FICO for 5+ units, send me an email with your criteria, and I will forward it to a Lender who can explain exactly what they have to offer.
*For a Mobile Home Park, only 20% down, instead of the usual 25-35%.
This Lender finances just about any commercial property.
Also financing available for foreign nationals (no credit, no S.S.).
* For a residential loan (1-4 units), there are these amazing under 1.95% loans available; THIS Lender is NOT Fico driven.
They also have commercial loans; these are somewhat cheaper than the one above, but a little more difficult to get.
I am a Commercial Real Estate & Loan Agent (fairly new), and would love to get some clients, but I will be very happy to just pass on your criteria to these Lenders and not get involved in the loans.
