I'll let the buyers thank you instead Howard! You've got some great deals posted here. They'll no doubt appreciate over time as Savanna continues its march towards the inevitable growth that stands in its way .

P.S. Howard, THE BOOMERS ARE HERE! 10,000 of which are turning 50 everyday! With Florida's whacked out insurance rates and property tax woes, you are positioned for major influx as I'm sure you've already begun to see.
What have the increase in population numbers been for Savannah over the last 5 years?

Hello Dan:
We call them "half backs" because they move south and come back north a little. Somefolks call that the J factor.
Others call them carpet baggers, Floridiots, and damn yankies.
those guys drive old trucks with civil war flags in the window
:>)
Seriously, the population in Savananh and surrounding counties have already seen record growth in population.
hurricanes can certaintly hit here too. We run inland when they come this way. In our past the curve of the land has blessed us and most have passed us for SC and NC and more north before land fall.
A local condo developer told me every unit he has sold has been to folks moving here from Fla. he said they smile at our low prices vs Fla coast and Myrtle beach area.
Savannah is hot and getting hotter!
Folks cant beleive our average house is $260K range vs other areas of the US at $400K to $600K.
You can get still deep water lots in some places here in the $400K to $500K range!!!
Great buying opportunites here. Wont last long.
cause the boomers are coming.....
