Hello Dan,

I'm interested in getting on banks and REO management companies approved brokers list for listing their properties in my area. I've been in touch with CAL REO & Countrywide already. Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and the like are foreclosing on a lot of properties in my area.

I'm wondering if you have any address, phone #'s or websites where I find get more information.

You really want to get the troubled homeowner on your side and calling the bank to explain their current predicament, if the mitigation specialist see's you the second party as the best solution then your odds of working out a deal are much better. Dan you may also want to take out the mitigator numbers changing departments from Prime to Sub Prime etc. all of the time and these guys are busy enough without investors that have just submitted a deal to call. Once they work through and deals are with a negotiator they should call for individual. I should know I sat in a negotiator chair not too long ago.
