Here I am again with another question
Can somene tell me what it is that I can do with land.
There are no buildings on them but at one time there was.
Some are small lots but some of them a single home can be built on them.
Thanks in advance,
Mylon

Odds are good that what once was will be allowed again Mylon, the key is to check with planning and zoning officials to see what is allowed, SFH single family homes, R2 low density multi-units, R3 higher density apartment buildings, commercial, recreational, special purpose.
The key is to find out the zoning and go from there. I've attached the raw land tutorial but you can also find it in the "Magic Bullets book"
Also read up on this here as well :http://www.magicbullets.com/forum/showthread.php?t=621

A bit more info would be helpful. The proximity to a city or other redevelopement is one thing and the use as farmland is another. Then there are all of the in-betweens and/or exceptions. Tell us more about the land and its location and we'll have some quality answers for you.

The land is in residental neighborhoods. I am not sure about the zoning but I can find out.
Most of the land is clear all but grass. They are along streets and not dirt roads. Thanks for taking the time to help and anwsering my questions.
Thank You All,
Mylon
