I'm beginning to think that I'm in a movie about buying bulk REO packages. I actually, REALLY have a buyer who has been investing for 18 years and he's looking for some good deals (low LTV's) on HUGE amounts or even smaller. Everytime I see or hear that someone has "400B at 33 +2 or 1B at 37 +2 etc. and I try to track it down, I end up in a blind alley with "shoppers" and not real representatives of the bulk package. Everyone wants upfront POF/LOI etc and yet they aren't willing to show any way for my buyer to know they're really ready to sell an available package. You know, "show me yours and I'll show you mine" I'm tired of setting up conference calls and filling out NCND's to no avail. If there truly is a 300M 1B or 400B package out there, I've got a guy with a verifiable POF that will arrange to buy it as long as it's a good LTV. John

I to have had problems with individuals assuring us they can produce and nothing. We want to work with serious buyers and sellers. I don't get what the problem is; someone has a buyer, someone else has a seller, put the 2 together and get it done! I have some contacts that I feel really good about and I could get you buyer what he is looking for. Send me an email @ dchoop@comcast.net and lets see if we can help each other.:SM049:

So the concept here is you compile for not just one hedge fund but MANY...so they don't keep you busy enough that you need to come sort through all the B.S. with sourcing some private sector client? You mean to tell me that your time is better spent dealing with all the lies and deception that is within the "street broker" world or REO?

I guess you could also tell us what broker house you trade throug which would in turn mean you work for them and we could look up your license, right?

You could show proof of history of trades and I could say call one of the folks you have done business with to verify that at say Goldman Sac or UBS or some other major institution? Right?

And you are the "complier" but yet the proof of funds does not get submitted to you?

And 1 source is not good enough, heck 10 sources aren't good enough your direct to 60? Could you name all of them?

Your company is so sophisticated that it could turn out a Trillion Dollar Portfolio in 72 hours yet, you need business from Magic Bullets?

Does something not make sense here? :SM070:

We are all friends here...we don't have to tell "big fish" stories. Seriously.
