Help Needed on Value Florida MH with Acreage

I hope someone will be willing to give their opinion, I know next to nothing so far about real estate, not an investor, just looking at a property for my personal use for several years, then possibly resell. It is a 5-acre piece with a 3/2 mobile home (well/elec/septic), flat, dry, fenced, two small ponds on paved road in Highlands County near Sebring. Surrounding area is mostly citrus and dairy. The price is $140,000. I would appreciate your input. Gabby

$140K? YIKES! I'm not residing in Florida but methinks that's mighty expensive!

Within reason 140k really isn't out of line if the mobile is more of a manufactured home that sits on a real concrete foundation, otherwise you're really only paying for the land, well & Septic and avoidance of impact fee's should you decide to build a house of wood or block.

When you can buy a 3/2/2/ block house from Ray in Lehigh acres which is brand new, deals like this one begin not to make as much sense as they used too.
