Anyone have a GOOD contact with ASC?

Hey Folks,
I've got a local investor who has agreed to deed me a property, which will make sense, if we can get the lender to discount or short sale.
Sadly, we've spent the last 2 weeks, being led around by ASC, and folks there who are clueless.

So, if anyone has a good contact at ASC, perhaps a number and a name/extension, please post it up.

A.S.C. apparently, stands for America's Servicing Company.

They are, have been, a royal pain.

But, so have others, and then they've come around to my way of thinking.

Hopefully someone round here has dealt with a live person there.

ASC is apparently a division of American Home Mortgage.
I have at least 5 loans with them.
Even if they were not bankrupt I wouldnt use them again.

I understand completely.
I have a few peforming loans with them, and this darn short sale thingee.
Never really liked dealing with them, and sadly, most of the loans we have with them, were sold and wound up there well after close.

This is not really one I intend to work real hard to land, but if it does, great.

Not holding my breath though.......

ASC is owned by Wells Fargo now. I don't know what Telephone # you are using but their loss mitigation # is 877 222 7875 and their fax 866 453 6316.

I've been told that ASC is one of the worst companies to deal with on loss mitigation.

I appreciate patience, especially in light of the fact that mine are running out lately, dealing with lenders, and all the folks in this market with their heads up there you know what's.

Been swamped, lots of work, had 250 leads dumped on me today, sadly, most are short sale candidates, and this doesn't thrill me.

Hopefully this week I'll get some time, perhaps Friday, or early next week, give me a shout.
