Bird-dogging is a system which allows those who are interested in real estate investing to gain experience AND income with no risk.
Bird-dogs find properties that are abandoned, lacking attention or are in disrepair and contact the owners about them selling.
Bird-dogs then show the property to the investor. The investor will determine if the property has enough profit margins.
How does a bird dog get paid?
Fees paid vary from $300 to $10,000 depending on the deal.
I don’t have a buyer for my deals.
We will buy the deals from you, if they meet are criteria. If we don’t buy them we will pass them to are network of Real Estate Investors.
