I recall that there was a similiar, if not the same, software. It was mentioned here at MB about 6 months ago. I can't remember the title so you might want to do a 'search' here.

It was determined that it was too pricey plus it didn't cover more than 50% of the counties nationwide.

Correct me if this is not that type of software......

I searched that thread earlier and I think the software I am referring too is a different (although very similar) product he offers.

Right now our business is rapidly expanding nationwide and we are submitting several offers a day, so we are looking to automate that process a little.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a similar product that they would recommend?

This is wonderful software...I don't have it yet but a friend does and he raves about it. It fills out the short sale pkg paperwork in minutes.
http://www.realeflow.com is another good software for Short Sales. I'd also recommend :
http://www.salesteamlive.com their program is quite expensive. It automates marketing programs;etc.

I have had realeflow and I had to give it up. I found out that I was doing double work with current database management with my online sites.

Sales Team Live is totally awesome. I have been using them for over a year now. Its not pricey at all. One deal will pay for the price of the marketing system for 10 years.
