Hey Brother! Glad to see you made it in one piece. You need to contact Lisa and John Michael to get those insider trading secrets in that area Bro!

Hit the road buddy, how far are you from KC?

I'm in BFE, a good 31/2 - 4 hours from Kansas City. :11doh:

I may as well start up a local group of my own. REIRIA of MO.

Who better? Hey look at good locations and get some looonnngggg term options on some land brother. It must be kind of nice to be out of the zoo atmosphere of Florida.

Nicer than you know. I moved to FL from a small town with one traffic light. It blinked. If this town has a traffic light, I haven't seen it yet. Rush hour traffic is a tractor, a truck and my car. Gone are the 200 annual traffic fatalities, the dozen pileups a day, and cold, unfriendly faces in a hot, hostile environment.

Its a little slice of heaven...no money down.

Ya can't beat that.

What's the employment picture looking like out there? I know you aren't going into tractor repair! How's momma doing? Farmer Bruce just doesn't ring any bells on this end!:xxrotflma

Between full-time investing and full-time web design and development I don't intend to make time for a J.O.B.

"Momma's" just fine, thanks, livin' the good life. Thanks for asking.
