Hi everyone,
I have a question:I've read Peter Conti and David Finkel's e E-b00k
on finding motivated sellers.One section is about finding motivated land/lords,
they say and I quote see if owner would do a long term lease and sell at the end of the lease.Now the only thing they left out is if he won't sell at todays
f/m/price but will sell in 2 to 4 yrs they don't tell you how to do a deal like that,and how to get a tenant/buyer and present it to them.I would do an
Eq-Split.I would appreciate any and all resp.Thanks all and have a great day!!
