Funny Landlord Stuff

Okay you guys. :icon_mega I've just completed two years worth of Landlord Calendars (2005 and 2006) which is a series of You Know You're a Landlord When, Landlord Stuff. I want my Calendars to be part of a series. Therefore Landlord Calendar 1 is the Series 1 series. The 2006 Calendar is my Series 2, etc., etc., etc. I have enough graphics for 10 Series but I ran out of "You Know You're a Landlord when" stuff.

Those of you who can think of something funny for me to add to my calendars so I can complete 10 series I will gladly accept and your input will put a smile on many Landlords faces month after month after month.
