I hope this is the right forum to introduce myself. I don't consider myself a celebrity, but definitely qualify as a website owner.

Ed Atterberry invitied me and I thought I would take a peek at what is happening here.

I think I can add value to this website since most real estate is improved real estate and that means you now have to maintain a building or structure. I know a few things about that.

Real estate also involves the planet's face and I happen to have a BS degree in Geology. All too often I see people who buy a piece of real estate that is doomed from the start simply because it is not the best lot.

If you have a few minutes of free time, you can stop by my website. My free columns there may enable you to save some time and money. Go to: www.AsktheBuilder.com

Tim,
Welcome to the great family at MagicBullets. Folks, if you haven't seen his website, go take a look. Tim is a nationally known expert on building and related tasks. If you want to know about tar and chip driveways, getting rid of deck stains, or installing crown molding....or just about anything else....you'll find it at askthebuilder.com. He also has a great newsletter. Check it out.

Tim, thanks for joining us here.

It's always good to have someone here that has first hand experience and they are willing to share that info. As much help as you are going to be to us I hope we are able to return the favor and add value to you too.
Again, welcome and we look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome to the Family Tim! Your definitely a welcome addition. Nothing like having a pro on board to be able to get the definitive answer to all those building, repair and remodel questions when we need them.

Feel free to drop by when you have the time Tim and I'll shoot you threads as they pertain to your specialty as well.

O.K. gang you know what to do! Go check out Tim's place and get familiar with all the great resources that he has and don't forget Tim has a great forum for specific repairs and you just have to get on board with that.

Check it out here: http://forums.askthebuilder.com/index.php Thanks again Tim, It's a pleasure as well as an honor to have you! :praise: Dan and the crew!

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I will try to stop by, but it would help if someone emailed me an occasional link to a post that needs attention.
