Colorado at least... a older single wide will run you 90 - 140 depending on how cold the month is in the winter, in the summer you are 40 - 75. I will make a assumption that there is no A/C, so the higher figure might be a hot month and you run a evap cooler 24/7. Depending on the park, you might or might not have to pay water also.

Alex,
I don't see how you can determine the costs.
The reason: each individuals has his/her own comfort zone. One may like heat on at 78 degrees while another keeps it at 68 degrees.
Oftentimes, my potential tenants ask me average utility costs. My response is always the same: It depends on your comfort zone. It always varies from one person to another.

Deb you are so right... but when I hold properties in the winter I have a hard cost in my budget for utilities. It is 3 times the number I have in the summer. I set the temp at 60 so the home does not freeze OR I have to winterize the home. It probably would save money to turn off all utilities and winterize the property but I want the buyer to see the home as they would live in it. So I budget to eat the utility costs...
So the answer for the new homeowner is just what Deb said...
And the answer for Alex is a average based on many years of paying cold month, vacent winter utilities...

I suspect that I mis-understood Alex's question.
Sorry about that Alex.

Actually Deb you looked at it from the view of someone that is conversing to a renter/buyer what their expenses will be, I looked at it from a lenders side holding the property... I am not sure what Alex is asking but both answers are right...
