No one has yet posted from NM? I just know there are investors in the state. I hope to hear from y'all soon :)

I've been telling people here about this site, but this is the land of monana, and apparently they haven't yet made their way here. Or maybe you folks are here...lurking...and can't even be bothered to say hello!
Aww, come on now. It's not scary. You don't have to start a thread, just reply to this one. You know you want to  There's a cookie and a whole lot (this is all about property, right?) of knowledge in it for ya.
Go ahead...type hello and hit submit reply ...all your friends are doing it...you feel strongly compelled to respond ...
Do you live in N.M.? Invest there?

Sorry I missed you there, Abby. I haven't been checking this section as of late. Yes, I live in ABQ and have some rentals here. Currently I haven't been doing much in the way of investing (other than into my current rentals), but rather trying to soak up the knowledge here. I'm still trying to sort out what effect the bubble will have here in NM.
I also invested in a franchise, so any and all cash flow is going into the rentals or the new business at the moment.
Still, I like the idea of active investing over passive at this point in my life, and hope real estate will fill that void nicely in the near future.
