Birddog to start?

Ok so my understanding is to learn the ropes of investing for yourself.
You start with bird dogging? Correct me if i am wrong but that is what i read.
So I am in Indiana looking to start bird dogging for some nice investor.
I am guru on the net....(that is how i found you.) lol
Let me know if i am wrong, i am interested in this field and learning the ropes.
From what i read you can not go wrong in this great field.

Beat the bushes and find the deals. If you can't fund it yourself, take it to an investor. But you don't have to start out as a birddog, it all depends on the situation.

You won't learn the ropes that way. It may or may not be a way to generate some cash assuming you have a list of investors ready to take down the deals you find.

If you could share a bit on where your are with your investing efforts and what you want to accomplish I might have some better suggestions.

Nelson,jared it is A F>A>M>I>L>Y reunion LMAO. I am in the early phases of everything. So I ordered one kit which had some savvy contracts but, I was looking for more. So I just ordered two kits one is one real estate investment flipping _steve cook. The other is on commercial lending and real estate...
Little seperate areas but what the heck.......... I am very new to the game, I would not be able to fund myself i am almost certain. UNLESS i got some one who really believes in me and wants to help fund me until i get further in. I am just the type of person who wants to see or research before i do anything. I am hoping not only with the training but with some good investors (who don't think I am going to steal from the pockets.) I can get this going strong slow ---but---Steady :) COM_ON Jared you can just start investing this way :) and put me on your team LMAO>>>>>>>>>>OK it is mighty late and i must get some of what the call that sleep.

Why thanks I am in avon,indiana just outside of indianapolis. In a suburban area lol....I am original from the bay area of california. So this is a little hard to swallow every time i say that i am from indiana. I dont know even if i die here that i would official say the same thing. Though i have found a big change the midwest has slowed me down some. Showed me a different side to life. One in which i am actual ok with. :lol:
