Mobile Home Lots For Sale?

Does anyone know of any mobile home lots for sale? I haven't seen any in the parks I have visited. After reading Deals on Wheels and other books by Lonnie Scruggs, I think it'd be a wise investment to buy some land and rent out the space.

I'm referring to parks in Colorado that are selling lots. It seems like a great passive income...
