Hi Beck! I've had rentals for 12 years, duplex and single families. Purchased my first one right out of college.... and yes, I'm SOOOOO over having renters. I'm starting to buy more homes to lease option and help them become home owners. Very excited to learn the short sale and sub2 way of life. Thankful I have found the magic bullet family and all the great info here. Thanks all
