I am moving from one state which there is no posts to another state where I am alone too!!
Kinda makes me wonder why I am writing this to myseelf......

Well anyways,,
I am new to this forum and new to the investing with the works of my primary house just in the process of closing. I have only been doing this and looking into it and reading as many chats and phoning as much as possible to do a deal for 4 weeks.
I have a deal almost clsed as well for a commercial property. One provides a home for my family( my wife, 3 kids and 2 dog and 2 cats). I am new to the country and only came here 2 and half years ago with 127.00 in my pocket and a duffle bag of clothes.
Now I am buying a warehouse getting a 100K at close with a positive cashflow tenant ready and a 4 bedroom house for my family. ONLY IN AMERICA!!!!!! :SM020: :SM020: :SM020:
Looking for REI clubs in Sioux Falls Watertown Aberdeen areas???????
Anyone who may be able to assist a newbie would be great
