I Am Looking For A Lender Who Can Finance Foreign Investors

Hi,

1) I am looking for a Lender who can finance foreign investors for properties in the U.S.

So far, the only Lender that I have found who can work with foreign investors, is a Lender who works with foreign nationals.
But nobody who is willing to finance people who live in another country, even though the property is here.

So, if anybody knows such a Lender, please let me know. I'll be very happy to give a referral fee.

2) If I cannot find such a Lender, I would like to know if it is possible to maybe set up an LLC or Corporation, that in turn can get financed for these properties.

Maybe there are other options that anybody can tell me about? I really would like to make this work.
