Hello all. I need a favor. I have a good friend who is in great need of a place to rent in the Fort Mill, SC area. Unfortunately, I have nothing open, or she'd definitely have one of my places.
She has a Section 8 voucher for $600 (that doesn't go to far in Fort Mill, but she can pay a little more out of pocket). But she would be a dream tenant! She is a slightly older woman (not elderly though), all alone, has a cat (or two?), very very clean, needs first floor, and is slightly disabled. She would probably be a long-term tenant, but she cannot take care of mowing and that sort of thing because of her disability.
I'm just trying to help my friend. Does anyone have anything available, or can you recommend another way to help her? She is not the type of person I would put in an "undesirable" neighborhood, especially because she is a woman living on her own and such.
