We are an established real estate investment company who's been buying
and selling homes for over 2 years in the Lee County market.
We need to hire people to go to specific homes in the twin cities area,
knock on the door, and attempt to set an appointment with a member of
the sales team.
You are compensated and receive bonuses for each live contact you make,
you are bonused for each phone number you get, and you are bonused for
additional information you can collect while at the house. For
example, you will receive $25 cash for each phone number and appointment you
set.
Additionally, you will be compensated 10% of the profit if we do a
transaction with this homeowner.
Your typical commission check will be somewhere between 1000-3000.
After the initial ramp up time, (usually 60 days), you should be getting
1-3 checks of that size per month. Along the way, you'll get your
bonuses and can take a draw on commission.
Your entire training program will be provided to you at no cost. this
is a $499 investment that we will make to your future. Your trainer is
the worlds best, and he will teach you everything about approaching
the door, where to stand, what to wear, how to speak, and what to say.
You're trainer is a national sales trainer and speaker.
As a part of our team, you will also receive additional coaching from
at least 2 nationally known real estate speakers and coaches. These
valuable insites are yours as a benefit of being our team.
