Any Type Lenders Needed!

We are still looking for funding for a couple of our projects. There are a couple of properties that we really have our eye on. We are wondering if there are any types of lenders, whether it be hard money or private, that would be willing to discuss any or all of these deals with us.

These three properties are open to "short sale" offers. We can provide a preliminary report, with comps and property history, to anyone willing to help.

Our plan will be to purchase, do cosmetic repair, and resell quickly. We are even considering wholesaling.

But, take a look online for contact info for your local, and perhaps not-so-local REIA (Real Estate clubs), and call them.
Surely other investors can refer you locally.
Most times, local private lenders are best.

Long distance, do a simple google search for hard money lenders and you'll find a bunch.
